What is this?

It can take different forms, ranging from text-based forms of communication such as email, messaging apps, forums and chat rooms, to more visual mediums like video conferencing, and blogs. Social media has become increasingly important as people rely on it more and more to stay connected, exchange information and initiate conversations with others. It can be an invaluable tool in both personal and professional life, and effectively used, can be a powerful form of communication.
